Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and arrange quick repairs when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are met to prevent injuries.
