Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and guide food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to ensure delicious, high-quality meals. You’ll order supplies and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, while promoting teamwork and a superb guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stock levels, and safe equipment operation. You’ll mentor Crew members and ensure adherence to safety guidelines daily.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Lead and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and safe kitchen with proper equipment upkeep.
• Foster teamwork between back of house and front of house.
