Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew for future leadership. You’ll ensure food quality, kitchen cleanliness, safety, and inventory management.

You’ll model teamwork and deliver a great customer experience on busy shifts. Responsibilities include coaching back- and front‑of‑house crews, maintaining equipment, and promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the work location’s primary language(s).
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory to minimize loss.
• Lead Crew members and train future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well‑stocked kitchen and equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO practices.
