Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Canton Township, MI to oversee daily kitchen operations, train crew, and ensure food quality and safety while promoting teamwork and delivering an excellent guest experience.

You will learn to grill meats, sauté vegetables, and manage food prep to order, while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and supporting Crew development for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized; maintain equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO-related duties as applicable.
