Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to train, supervise, and motivate crew while ensuring the highest food quality and safety standards.

You will learn to grill meats, sauté vegetables, and oversee kitchen operations to deliver great customer experiences. As a Kitchen Leader you will promote teamwork, help with inventory and waste management, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support strong team dynamics between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and sanitized; maintain equipment.
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO) as needed.
