Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will order supplies, train Crew members, and model teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, sanitation, and inventory, while supporting the Crew and ensuring safety across shifts in a fast-paced setting. Growth opportunities and competitive pay accompany benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Ability to speak and write the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and arrange repairs quickly when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory tasks.
