Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality and safety, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and model teamwork to deliver an excellent guest experience.

As a Kitchen Leader, you will mentor Crew, drive efficiency, and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy while keeping operations running smoothly and safely all shift long.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to train and develop Crew into Kitchen Leaders.
• Strong teamwork and communication with Crew and customers.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and procedure adherence.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong Team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
