Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn food prep, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring delicious quality and safety. You will order food, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and seamless cooperation between back-of-house and front-of-house teams, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and food quality, resolve issues.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house teamwork.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained with working equipment.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes as needed.
