Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform high-quality food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training future Kitchen Leaders. You will manage inventory, maintain safety and cleanliness, and promote teamwork to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes hands-on food preparation, staff development, and adherence to Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and preparing to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked; equipment maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Maintain MSDS and FIFO records.
