Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling meats, and vegetable saute9ing to ensure menu quality. You will order supplies, train crews, and model teamwork to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety, keep equipment in good condition, and motivate Crew members toward leadership roles while upholding Chipotle standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order, following kitchen procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and waste; resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong Crew teamwork between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
