Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food, train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, and ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well‑stocked kitchen. You’ll foster teamwork and uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

You’ll manage duties on the line, support a strong Crew dynamic, and drive customer service and throughput while maintaining equipment and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by cooking to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food quality and safety, monitor inventory and waste.
• Lead and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and stocked kitchen and well‑maintained equipment.
• Promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and MSDS/FIFO practices.
