Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and manage food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. You will order supplies and coach Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will help maintain a clean, stocked kitchen, supervise equipment and assist with training, all while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role.
