Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to ensure delicious, safe meals. You will train Crew members and cultivate future Kitchen Leaders while keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards.

In this hands-on role you’ll collaborate with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams, uphold quality, monitor inventory, and contribute to a fast, friendly guest experience every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to ensure quality.
• Train Crew members and foster future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and MSDS guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and contribute to waste reduction.
• Support a positive, fast-paced guest experience on shift.
