Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grill meats, and train future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality and safety of the food, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and mentor Crew members in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also promote teamwork and excellent customer service across front and back of house. The role emphasizes leading by example, managing daily tasks, and helping the team meet goals while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and communicate it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; maintain quality.
• Lead and mentor Crew, promoting teamwork and great customer service.
• Keep kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
