Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety.

You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and help maintain a clean, stocked kitchen and a strong team dynamic to deliver a great customer experience. On-the-job responsibilities include cooking to order, monitoring inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory levels; resolve issues.
• Support strong team dynamics between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and stocked.
