Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, food safety, and team leadership in a fast-paced kitchen. You will train Crew members, manage stock, and model teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English in the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Ensure quality and safety of prepared food.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the kitchen.
• Keep equipment in good repair and report malfunctions ASAP.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
