Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to supervise food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and coach Crew members toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders. You will lead by example, keep the kitchen efficient and clean, and maintain stock and equipment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality food and ensure it is cooked to order following kitchen procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, stock levels in check and equipment maintained.
• Train Crew to develop future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Communicate with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Support safety, MSDS guidelines, FIFO, and proper inventory rotation.
