Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, manage inventory, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will promote teamwork, ensure safe, clean kitchen operations, and uphold Chipotle’s quality standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and well maintained; ensure equipment is in good repair.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO procedures are followed.
