Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Beavercreek, OH seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and train others. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen while supporting a strong team dynamic.

As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll promote teamwork, deliver great customer experiences, schedule tasks, and develop Crew members toward future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures; cook and prep food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized, and properly stocked; maintain equipment.
