Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cincinnati is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You’ll order supplies and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

The Kitchen Leader ensures food quality and safety, keeps the kitchen clean and well stocked, and fosters teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house. You’ll mentor Crews to achieve station goals and deliver a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Promote teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
