Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Avon, OH seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You’ll train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and help maintain a clean, well‑stocked kitchen that supports a great customer experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Restaurant experience required.
Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
