Chipotle Mexican Grill in Westlake, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grilling, and sautéing vegetables while ensuring our food is delicious and prepared to Chipotle’s standards. You will order food, train others, and help maintain a clean, well‑stocked kitchen.

The Kitchen Leader supports a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew, promotes food safety, and strives to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory to ensure freshness.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen areas and equipment.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders and promote teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
