Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Ohio seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise daily food prep, cooking to order, and crew training. You’ll ensure quality, cleanliness, inventory, and safety while modeling teamwork and delivering a great guest experience.

You’ll mentor Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders, maintain equipment, and help drive operational performance with a focus on Food With Integrity and fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste, addressing quality issues.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well maintained.
• Maintain equipment and arrange quick repairs when needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and MSDS/FIFO are used.
