Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Beachwood, OH seeks a Kitchen Leader to learn and manage food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables to order. You’ll train Crew Members to become future Kitchen Leaders and uphold safety, cleanliness, and inventory standards.

You will promote teamwork, ensure great customer service and throughput, and act as a role model while keeping the kitchen stocked and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain stocked kitchen, proper equipment maintenance, and FIFO inventory.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Guide and develop Crew members toward leadership roles.
