Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to master kitchen operations, train Crew members to become future leaders, and uphold food safety and quality. You will lead a busy kitchen, ensure a clean, stocked, and organized space, and model teamwork that delivers an excellent guest experience.

You’ll be on your feet, manage food prep to order, monitor inventory, and coach teammates to maintain Chipotle’s standards of service and safety. This role offers growth within a values-driven team.
