Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring quality and safety. You’ll supervise kitchen operations, order ingredients, and train Crew for future leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food by cooking and prepping to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and well-maintained; ensure safety rules are followed.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes as applicable.
