Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuba City, CA is hiring for a kitchen role supporting chips, shakes, grills, southwest wraps and expo. You will prep, portion, and stage items to the MOD specifications, maintain clean stations, and uphold food safety standards throughout each shift.

Ideal candidates bring strong time-management, clear communication, and the ability to work quickly under pressure while following recipes and plating guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site kitchen position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items per MOD requirements.
• Maintain FIFO and track waste per company procedures.
• Keep stations clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Prepare items for Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest and Expo stations as directed.
• Assist with shift changes and equipment checks; follow guidelines.
