Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Petaluma, CA is hiring for a versatile kitchen role spanning Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest and Expo stations. You will prepare and portion items, maintain clean, sanitary workstations and follow MOD guidance to ensure consistency during busy shifts.

This on-site position offers hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.12, with food-prep duties across stations and opportunities to learn multiple roles in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion items per shift needs following MOD guidance.
• Maintain sanitation and proper waste tracking.
• Operate fryers and chip prep per packaging charts.
• Prepare grilled items per sheets and charts.
• Maintain sauce pumps, buckets and fryers as required.
• Coordinate expo for timely, quality presentation of dishes.
• Support shift-change tasks and ensure cleanliness and FIFO compliance.
