Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Hillsboro, OR is seeking team members to prepare and produce menu items across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest and Expo stations. You will follow prep lists, maintain sanitation, and ensure proper portioning and waste tracking according to MOD-directed standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to MOD requirements and FIFO/FDIR standards.
• Maintain chip, grill, shake, southwest, and expo stations with cleanliness and organization.
• Operate station equipment safely and ensure proper cooking temperatures.
• Assist with shift-change tasks and support other stations as needed.
• Communicate effectively to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
