Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16, per state minor laws.
• Experience in restaurant or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items per MOD requirements.
• Maintain proper containers, fill lines, and follow FIFO/FDIR procedures.
• Keep prep items sanitized and put away after use.
• Portion items per MOD requirements.
• Maintain chip station cleanliness and fryer oil quality.
• Prepare grilled items per Prep Sheets and Grill Station chart.
• Ensure sauce pumps, buckets, and shakers are cleaned and stocked.
• Coordinate with Expo to ensure timely food delivery.
