Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings Chico is hiring to prepare and produce menu items across Chip, Grill, Shake, Southwest, and Expo stations. Starting pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.12 per hour, with shifts varying by need. Responsibilities include following MOD directions, tracking waste, and maintaining clean prep areas.

Ideal candidates will have strong teamwork, good communication, and a commitment to food safety and timely service. Minimum age is 16, with prior restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Ability to follow prep sheets and station guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items per MOD; follow FIFO and waste tracking.
• Prepare fried chips, wedges, and onion rings at Chip Station.
• Prepare grilled items and portions per station guides.
• Maintain sanitary, stocked, and organized workstations.
• Serve as Expo liaison to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Support shift changes and other stations as needed.
