Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles is seeking a Director to oversee operations and lead Team Members and Team Leaders toward Operational Excellence while maintaining a positive culture.

You will work with Interim Managers to ensure staffing, coach and develop talent, and drive monthly and quarterly objectives. This COR Services location offers flexible hours and a strong emphasis on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for a Director position.
• Reliable form of transportation required.
• Able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for a defined area of the business.
• Exhibit knowledge of operational policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Interim Managers to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels.
• Serve as an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder.
• Achieve strategic, annual business results through focused monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Maintain positive working relationships and treat employees with respect while giving direction and feedback.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
