Carter Lumber, through its Kitchen & Bath division, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative for commercial multi-family projects. You will design interiors (kitchens, baths, offices, and more) and manage the path from measurement to final sale, partnering with developers, builders, and homeowners.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales strategies, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to multi-family developers, contractors and project teams.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Ability to read blueprints and translate measurements into designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell kitchens and baths for commercial multi-family projects.
• Measure job sites and prepare accurate quotes.
• Secure final sale and coordinate with builders, homeowners, and vendors.
