Job summary

Kight Kitchen Interiors, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to turn customers' dreams into reality, from measurement to delivery. You will design spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, bars) and work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure the sale, using proven sales strategies and strong communication.

Salary plus uncapped commission; room for growth and professional development opportunities within a family‑owned, values‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment, with flexible scheduling
• Strong math skills for quoting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) from measurement to delivery.
• Work directly with builders, contractors and homeowners to design and secure the final sale.
• Identify sales opportunities and use proven sales strategies with strong relationship-building.
