Job summary

Carter Lumber, a family-owned company with a strong Ohio presence, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative - Commercial Multi-Family in our Springfield location. You will design kitchens and baths for new construction and remodels, working with multi-family developers, builders, and homeowners to turn concepts into final installations.

Responsibilities include measuring sites, creating designs with 20/20, presenting proposals, and closing sales while building relationships.

Qualifications

• Design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Read blueprints and perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen design and sales for commercial multi-family projects from measurement to delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design interiors.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure final sale.
