Carter Kitchen & Bath in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative for Commercial Multi-Family projects. You will design interiors (kitchens, baths, offices) and manage the process from measurement to delivery.

Collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to generate specs and secure sales. The role emphasizes proven sales strategies, relationship-building, and strong communication, with salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to perform detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced commercial multi family environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on customer needs
• Strong math skills for quoting
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.) for commercial multi-family projects
• Take measurements and manage the delivery process from design to sale
• Source opportunities, meet clients, and secure final sale
• Collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Communicate effectively to ensure commitments are met and projects stay on track
