Carter Lumber's Kitchen & Bath division is hiring a Commercial Multi-Family Kitchen Design and Sales Representative. You will collaborate with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to design kitchens, baths, and related spaces from measurement to delivery.

This role blends design expertise with proactive sales, requiring strong relationship-building, accurate quoting, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and selling to multi-family developers and general contractors
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends
• Proficient reading blueprints and floor plans
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces and manage projects from measurement to delivery
• Work with multi-family developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure final sale
• Identify sales opportunities and maintain prompt follow-through with commitments
