Job summary

Carter Lumber's Carter Kitchen & Bath division is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative in the United States. You will partner with builders, contractors, and homeowners to design kitchens, baths, offices and more from measurement to delivery, leveraging your design background and sales skills.

This role emphasizes finding sales opportunities, producing accurate designs, and closing the final sale.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and to sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, baths, offices, etc.) from measurement to delivery.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure final sale with contractors/homeowners.
• Develop strong relationships with builders and vendors to drive projects.
• Communicate designs and timelines clearly to clients and team.
