Job summary

Carter Lumber is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative for the Commercial Multi-Family division. You will manage projects from measurement to delivery, design interiors, and secure the final sale by leveraging relationships with developers, builders, and homeowners.

The role requires strong knowledge of cabinetry, blueprints, and 20/20 software, plus excellent communication and presentation skills. Commission-based earning potential offered.

Qualifications

• Design and sell to multi-family developers, general contractors, and project teams.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficiency with 20/20 design software and MS Office programs.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced commercial multi-family environment.
• Flexible schedule based on customer needs.
• Strong math for quoting and accurate cost estimation.
• Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, offices, mudrooms, bars, etc.).
• Manage projects from measurement to delivery and secure final sale.
• Develop sales opportunities through relationships with developers, builders, contractors, and homeowners.
