Carter Kitchen & Bath, part of Carter Lumber Company, seeks a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative to design and sell kitchens and baths from initial measurement through delivery. You will partner with builders, contractors, and homeowners to create functional, stylish spaces and drive final sales.

Qualifications

• Design and sell kitchen projects for contractors and homeowners.
• Know cabinetry materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Read blueprints and quote accurately.
• Proficient with 20/20 and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Design and sell kitchens and baths from measurement to delivery.
• Work with builders, contractors, and homeowners to create interior spaces.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure final sale.
• Handle quoting and ensure commitments are met.
• Coordinate with vendors and product teams as needed.
