Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
• Produce sandwiches, subs and wraps, and other deli items per SOP and POG.
• Maintain food safety compliance logs daily and clean work surfaces and equipment.
• Assist customers, weigh and label deli products and merchandise displays.
• Plan and organize product for the grab-and-go section and ensure proper labeling.
