Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Production planning management according to SOP and plan‑ogram.
• Complete invoice review and ensure accuracy of items.
• Produce product for warmers and hot bar per SOP and SOPs.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, displays, floors and counters.
• Train team members on procedures and safety practices.
• Make sandwiches, subs and wraps; label and merchandise per SOP.
• Prepare pizza and chicken items; package and serve to customers.
