Job summary

The GIANT Company in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a dedicated team member to prepare sandwiches, subs, pizzas, and deli items per plan‑o‑gram. You will help maintain clean, organized work areas while supporting customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs for hot and cold foods, ensuring food safety, and assisting with weekly planning and signage. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards in a retail setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare required PPE and supplies.
• Produce food for the sales floor warmers, hot bar, pizza, and deli sections per SOP.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, cases, floors and counters.
• Train team members and assist customers with deli needs.
• Make sandwiches, subs, wraps, and pizza, and transfer deli products to display cases.
