You will prepare sandwiches, assist customers, label and merchandise items, and keep work areas clean and organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Make sandwiches, subs, roast or fry chicken and appetizers, heat soup, make pizza, transfer deli food to case containers; label and merchandise per plan‑ogram.
• Wait on customers, slice meat or cheese, weigh, wrap and label orders, and place deli food into containers.
• Work in the grab and go lunch meat and cheeses section.
• Produce products for warmers and hot bar as per SOP.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
