Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook and present to customers.
• Operate equipment (slicer, mixer, grinder) with proper certification.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; observe FIFO and proper stock rotation.
• Maintain HACCP records and monitor food safety logs daily, weekly, monthly.
• Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety incentive programs.
