Job summary

Cape Associates, Inc. seeks a Kitchen & Bath Designer/Sales Consultant in Eastham, MA to design, sell and manage cabinetry projects. You will interface with homeowners and project managers, develop construction drawings, and ensure accuracy from measurements to permits.

The role requires design software proficiency (Mozaik/AutoCAD/SketchUp) and strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Office-based with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath design, minimum 3 years.
• Proficiency with cabinetry brands and estimating projects.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, sell and order cabinetry projects.
• Cultivate relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction and sales goals.
• Manage multiple kitchen/bath projects concurrently throughout the year.
• Take projects from schematic design to permit level and construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, town officials, shop staff, vendors and clients.
