Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in kitchen and bath design.
• Mastery of 2020 Design Flex software.
• Ability to design cabinetry into kitchens, baths, and related spaces.
• Sales-driven with strong customer interaction and coordination with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout cabinetry design and installation.
• Working with third-party contractors, installers, and carpenters.
• Tracking customer leads and generating new ones.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, industry trends, and pricing.
• Determining customer needs, budget, and desired outcomes.
• Measuring job sites and scheduling follow-up meetings.
• Designing using 2020 Design Flex software.
• Explaining proposals, renderings, and design elements to clients.
• Identifying and resolving problems during the job.
• Travelling once or twice a year to industry shows or cabinet manufacturers.
