Job summary

Pro Kitchen & Bath in Lanham, Maryland, seeks a Sales & Design Manager to lead outside sales efforts and support the design team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building client relationships with contractors, builders, and design professionals, while guiding a team through real projects.

You will drive sales initiatives, manage the process from consultation to close, oversee design work with 2020 or Pro Kitchen software, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven outside sales and client relationship management in the trades.
• Experience mentoring a sales or design team and driving company-wide sales initiatives.
• Ability to interpret plans and guide clients through design and installation aspects.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles and trends.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales & Business Development: build relationships with contractors and design professionals to generate new business.
• Team Leadership & Support: coach and support the sales and design team, resolving issues early.
• Construction & Project Coordination: guide renovation projects, coordinate with contractors, ensure timelines.
• Design & Trends: stay current on trends and use design software to refine project plans.
• General Management: track sales activity and establish goals and procedures.
