East Coast Lumber is seeking Kitchen and Bath Consultants for full-time positions in East Hampstead, NH. The role focuses on meeting homeowners and contractors, assessing design needs, and proposing optimal solutions for remodels and new builds. Training is offered for CAD/readings and on-site measurements.

Candidates should be comfortable with a POS system, be self-motivated, and able to follow up on leads while delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Meet with homeowners and contractors to assess needs and propose the best home solution.
• Follow up on new and existing leads.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism; work with management as needed.
• Input and maintain data related to leads and scheduling in POS system.
• Conduct regular follow-up with prospects who have not yet purchased.
• Show product features and options to fit client needs and budget.
• Reading blueprints and on-site measurement; training available for right candidate.

Responsibilities
