Job summary

Kight Kitchen Interiors, a division of Carter Lumber, is seeking a Kitchen Design and Sales Representative. You will design kitchens and baths and manage projects from measurement to delivery, working with builders, contractors and homeowners to secure the final sale.

We value proven design and sales skills, cabinetry knowledge, and proficiency in 20/20 and MS Office. You’ll need strong communication, a flexible schedule, and the drive to grow with a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
• Proficient with 20/20 and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Flexible schedule and detail-oriented.
• Strong math skills for quoting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design interior spaces and manage projects from measurement to delivery.
• Collaborate with builders, contractors, and homeowners to secure the sale.
